A former Victorian lace factory and warehouse, the site has been fully renovated into a quality business centre. It contains 53 business units arranged over five floors, with individual units ranging from 70 – 9,500 square feet (8 – 414 square metres). Therefore, we have space to suit a variety of sized businesses and our flexible, one-page licence allows you to adapt the terms to suit your needs. If we don't have the space you need, we also have a second Nottingham business centre. Arnold Business Centre provides a mixture of offices, workshops and industrial units for rent.
