Our business centre in Tyseley, Birmingham offers a range of industrial units, workshops, offices and studios for rent, plus a dedicated self-storage facility. We also provide additional business support, including a meeting room. It contains over 120 units, which range from 250 - 5,000 square feet (23 - 464 square metres). Our adjacent self-storage facility offers a further 140 units to let. Our friendly team look after the site from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, although you can access your unit 24 hours a day. Customers benefit from night security patrols, a modern CCTV system, an onsite café and a dedicated loading bay. There is also plenty of free, secure parking around the site, available on a first come, first served basis.
